An APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-charter fund paid to the yacht. This budget covers variable expenses such as food & beverages, fuel, and marina fees. At the end of your charter, we provide you with a detailed breakdown of all expenditures, and any remaining balance is refunded to you. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team.
Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly.
In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture.
We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter. If you'd like, we can set up a group chat between your party and the Captain to discuss plans and preferences before you embark.

Unforgettable joyful sailing adventure
What an incredible journey aboard this magnificent sailing yacht. Mornings brought mouthwatering scrambled eggs and pancakes with lotus crème and Nutella, lovingly prepared by chef Ali. The cocktails were a lovely touch — sipping vodka wellness cocktails at sunset was magical, and espresso martinis were a perfect evening cap. The sweet treats for our 'Schleckermäulchen' were irresistible. Highlights included thrilling rides on the sea bob and sea-couch, lots of laughter from games like piccolo and Busfahren, and watching Mister Harpu skillfully fish. We also had an unforgettable, crazy party in Bodrum that gave us memories to cherish forever.

Family trip perfection
Our family was blessed to spend 10 days on the beautiful yacht cruising from Bodrum to Göcek, enjoying pristine bays and all the water toys.
