Your ideal Türkiye yacht charter is shaped by the destinations you wish to see, the time you have available, the season you prefer, and the type of yacht that appeals to you. At Blue More Yachting, we bring these details together to help you compare suitable gulets and motor yachts in Türkiye.

Which Yacht Type Is Suitable for a Türkiye Charter?

Choosing the right yacht for your Türkiye charter is about matching the vessel to your group and how you want to spend your time on the water. Your guest count, cabin requirements, and the route you have in mind all help us determine which vessel will serve you best.

A gulet offers a traditional way to explore Türkiye’s coast, with broad deck spaces suited to outdoor dining and an unhurried pace. For itineraries that cover greater distances or for those who prefer a faster rhythm, motor yachts offer shorter travel times between destinations. Luxury yachts provide the highest level of service and amenities for guests seeking an elevated experience. Air-conditioning, stabilisers, and water sports equipment vary by yacht, so at Blue More Yachting, we review each vessel's current specifications with you before you decide.

Frequently Asked Questions

In Türkiye, you can choose from traditional wooden gulets, modern motor yachts, and luxury yachts. We determine the most suitable yacht type together based on your group size, preferred pace, and comfort expectations.

A sailing yacht offers the pleasure of cruising with the wind and is a distinct joy for experienced sailors. A motor yacht provides speed and flexibility, without dependence on wind conditions. A gulet sits in between, standing out with its traditional atmosphere and broad deck spaces. We help you determine the best option based on the character of the region and your group's priorities.

Available equipment varies by yacht and may include paddleboards, kayaks, water skis, and wakeboards. We confirm the specific equipment for each yacht before you book, so you know exactly what is available for your charter.

The yacht, professional team, and basic equipment are included in the charter fee. Fuel, food and beverages, and marina expenses are calculated separately. We clarify everything in advance so you know exactly what to expect.

Charges depend on the yacht and contract. APA is an advance payment used to cover variable charter expenses such as fuel, provisions and marina fees. Expenditure is documented and reconciled at the end of the charter.

The season runs from May to October. June and September offer the best balance of warm weather, calm seas, and moderate crowds. July and August are the hottest and busiest months. May and October are ideal for those seeking cooler temperatures and tranquillity. For peak periods, we recommend booking in advance.

For the high season (July and August), we recommend booking four to six months in advance. For June and September, two to three months is usually sufficient. Early booking offers a wider yacht selection and guarantees your preferred dates.

One-way routes are a popular option. For example, you can start in Bodrum and finish in Göcek, or sail from Fethiye to Marmaris. This allows you to experience more of the Turkish coast without returning to the starting point. We design private charter routes based on your interests.

Multi-country itineraries are possible in the Mediterranean. Certain Türkiye–Greece routes may be combined when the selected yacht, charter duration, and applicable formalities allow.

The main gateways are Bodrum-Milas Airport (BJV) for Bodrum and its surrounding region, Dalaman Airport (DLM) for Göcek, Fethiye, and Marmaris, and Antalya Airport (AYT) for eastern Mediterranean routes. As part of our service, we arrange transfers from the airport to your embarkation point.
