Why Gulet Charter in Fethiye?

When planning a Fethiye gulet charter, Blue More Yachting offers the most authentic experience on this legendary route where the Blue Voyage was born. This tradition, initiated in the 1950s by Cevat Şakir (the Fisherman of Halicarnassus), is still kept alive today by gulets departing from Ece Saray Marina and Yacht Classic Marina.

A gulet is the choice that best reflects Fethiye’s character. The wooden texture crafted by masters of the Bodrum school, expansive teak decks, and traditional lines embody the true spirit of the Blue Voyage. With a structure that easily enters shallow bays, it allows you to anchor at sea-access-only spots such as Butterfly Valley.

A one-week itinerary typically begins in the world-famous lagoon of Ölüdeniz. Without haste, you absorb the scenery while exploring the Byzantine ruins of Gemiler Island, then swim in the calm waters of Kabak Bay. If you wish, the route extends to the Göcek 12 Islands circuit, with a historical visit to Tersane Island.

The table set on the spacious Aft Deck brings the flavors of the Aegean to you. Your chef prepares olive-oil mezes and grilled fish using fresh ingredients selected from the Fethiye market. Lying back on the Foredeck cushions and watching the stars is an essential part of the gulet experience.

With our captains who know the region intimately and our five years of Fethiye gulet charter expertise, let’s design a Blue Voyage program together, perfectly matched to your family’s rhythm.

Gulets primarily cruise under engine power; sails can be set when wind conditions allow. The cruising speed is slow, allowing you to fully absorb the scenery. This is the essence of the Blue Voyage.
