Creating Your Dream Route

Now that your reservation is complete, it's time for the most enjoyable part: route planning. Start thinking about which bays you'd like to wake up in, which historical ruins you want to see, or which waters you'd like to swim in.

If you've chosen a skippered tour, simply share your expectations with us. Your captain will harmonize your wishes with weather and sea conditions to chart the ideal route just for you. This way, when you arrive at the boat, you can enjoy the scenery instead of thinking about where to go.

Transportation and Transfers

Whether you've booked a skippered, fully-crewed, or bareboat charter, your holiday starting comfortably is very important to us. We can manage all transfer arrangements from the moment you land at the airport to ensure your arrival at the marina is seamless.

Boat Entry and Marina Information

We're preparing a comprehensive information package that includes technical details such as your boat's exact location, which marina it's docked at, and boarding procedures. We'll send this information to you approximately 2 to 4 weeks before your trip in a single email.

Preference Forms

If you've chosen a crewed or hostess option, we'll ask you to fill out a "Preference Form" so we can provide service tailored to your tastes and habits. It would be great if you could complete this form approximately 6 weeks before boarding. You can include everything from food and beverage preferences to special activities you'd like on the boat.

Payment Planning

We'll share reminders about your remaining balance payments when the time comes. Generally, final payments need to be completed 6 weeks before the travel date. Feel free to contact us anytime with questions about the payment process.
