He progressed from deck cadet to captain on various motor yachts and catamarans, and has served as Chief Officer on M/Y Endless Summer and captain on vessels including M/Y Maid Marian 2 and M/Y DellaPasqua DC 13 Elite. ### Isidoros Drivas — Captain ### Thanos Syntzakis — Sailor Skilled in yacht navigation with a focus on guest service and safety. He began his career in 2016 and has worked as skipper and second officer on yachts up to 52 meters operating across Greek ports and islands. ### Chrysostomos Sarimanolis — Engineer Qualified marine engineer with over a decade of experience on tankers and motor yachts, holding a Class A Engineer certificate and a Marine Engineer Diploma from the Academy of Chios. He has served as Chief Engineer on M/Y Estia Yi and M/Y Summer Fun and is certified in advanced firefighting, medical first aid, ship security, high voltage systems and rescue operations. ### Maira Zogopoulou — Chef Chef with more than eight years' experience working on luxury yachts, in restaurants and hotels, skilled in both cooking and pastry. She focuses on creativity, time management, teamwork and maintaining high standards of hygiene to deliver high-quality culinary experiences. ### Maria Kilikidou — Chief Stewardess Experienced chief stewardess who recently served on M/Y Sea Wolf managing guest service schedules, interior inventory, decoration and overall guest readiness. She has a Political Science degree from the University of Vienna and skills in MS Office, communication and guest relations. ### Peggy Mouchlia — Chief Stewardess ### Anastasia Soutoglou — Stewardess Dedicated hospitality professional currently pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business Administration with IT specialization and with practical experience in high-standard customer service roles. She has worked as hostess and service staff in hospitality environments and is fluent in Greek with B2-level English proficiency. ### Sotiris Boutsis — Deckhand Dependable deckhand from Salamina with experience aboard M/Y Summer Fun and holding a Speedboat Operator license as well as driving licenses categories B and A. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team. ### What Happens If I Exceed My APA? Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
