He holds a skipper's license and has worked for four years as a charter captain on 40–56 ft catamarans, having progressed from deckhand to skipper. Jordan enjoys open-sea sailing, free diving, spearfishing, SCUBA diving, kayaking and hiking, and focuses on providing safe, hospitable charters. ### George Antonopoulos — Chef George is the talented chef aboard Serenissima with experience in restaurants across Greece since 2015, including Mykonos, Paros and Athens. He specializes in refined Mediterranean dishes and contemporary Asian-inspired cuisine, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. George tailors menus to guest preferences and speaks Greek and English. ### Eleni Evangelou — Stewardess/Deckhand Eleni (b.2000) is a Stewardess/Deckhand with a Master's degree from the Merchant Marine Academy who joined the yachting industry in 2022. She is versatile in both interior service and deck duties, combining disciplined maritime training with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team. ### What Happens If I Exceed My APA? Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
