Private bathroom including a shower enclosure and a home-style toilet. ## Crew ### Ivan Brnas — Ship Manager Owner and Ship Manager of Queen Eleganza since its 2018 launch, Ivan is an experienced hotel manager with extensive knowledge of onboard systems and a hands-on role in delivering guest service. He previously directed a construction company across Europe and the Middle East and now focuses on yacht operations. In the off-season he spends time with his wife and young daughter. ### Vjeko — Captain Captain of Queen Eleganza since 2022 with around 15 years' maritime experience, certified for vessels up to 500 GT and as Chief Engineer for engines up to 750 kW. He previously commanded the MS Adriatic Princess and holds multiple STCW certificates, bringing strong passenger-ship and yacht operations expertise. He is knowledgeable about the Croatian coast and enjoys history and spending time with his family. ### Nedjeljko — Chef Joining Queen Eleganza for the 2024 season, Chef Nedjeljko brings professional culinary experience including work as Chef de Partie at the two Michelin-starred 180° by Matthias Diether and prior Sous Chef roles. He focuses on exploring new flavors and continually improving the onboard culinary experience. His signature dishes include burned mackerel ceviche and veal preparations. ### Sara — Chief Stewardess Chief Stewardess on Queen Eleganza since 2023 who oversees the interior team and ensures smooth service operations. Trained at the European Bartender School, she specializes in mixology and also has a background in graphic design and set design, contributing creative leadership onboard. Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
