Born and raised in Athens, he oversees exterior operations, manages water toys, and is known for his calm demeanor, technical knowledge and ability to create a welcoming onboard environment. ### Foteini Ntzanou — Chief Stewardess Foteini is a dedicated Chief Stewardess with over a decade in hospitality and yachting, originally from Athens. Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
