Off-duty he enjoys travel, playing soccer with friends and watching films. ### Damir Radak — Deckhand Damir is an experienced deckhand with nearly three decades at sea since finishing school in 1975, with extensive service on both long and short sailing ships. He is regarded as trustworthy and dependable and enjoys photography and watching movies when ashore. ### Stipe Granić — Chef Stipe is a Croatian chef from Split with over twenty years of culinary experience who trained in culinary school and has developed a reputation for pampering guests' palates. He speaks English and German and is known for his friendly personality. ### Slaven Čalić — Bartender Slaven is a bartender who transitioned from a theatre background to yachting; after graduating from the Academy of Dramatic Arts he brings strong communication and interpersonal skills to guest service. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team. ### What Happens If I Exceed My APA? Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
