In his free time he enjoys football, walking and exploring history. ### Luka Tokic — Deckhand Luka is an experienced deckhand with maritime training from the Maritime High School Split and several years on private yachts. He performs deck maintenance, line handling, mooring operations and assists with tender operations and water sports equipment, ensuring safety and readiness of equipment. He is reliable and works closely with the crew to support seamless charter operations. ### Jure Jukic — Deckhand Jure is an experienced deckhand with five years of maritime experience aboard vessels such as Admiral, Salve di Mare, Premier and Antaris. He combines hands-on deck skills with a technical background in mechanical engineering and mechatronics, and is proficient in deck maintenance, line handling and tender operations. At the end of your charter, we provide you with a detailed breakdown of all expenditures, and any remaining balance is refunded to you. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team. ### What Happens If I Exceed My APA? Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
