He has extensive cruising knowledge of Greece, Turkey, France, and Italy and is known for his professionalism, warm hospitality, and dedication to safety. ### Giovanni Fusco — Chef Chef Giovanni brings over nine years of culinary experience from both high-end restaurants and high-volume kitchens, combining Mediterranean flavors with a refined international approach. He excels in menu planning, staff management and cost control, tailoring each menu to guests' preferences while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. ### Ozan Yasar — First Mate First Mate Ozan has worked at sea since 2015 with solid experience on deck and in the service department. Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
