Private bathroom with a shower stall and domestic-style toilet. ## Crew ### George Vallis — Captain Experienced Master Mariner (Captain Class A – Unlimited) with over 15 years of progressive leadership in the maritime and yachting industry, having commanded private and commercial yachts up to 50 meters. He holds an MBA in Shipping and Maritime Operations (2024), serves as President of the Panhellenic Union of Private & Professional Yacht Crew, and has formal training in safety, navigation, GMDSS, ECDIS and security operations. ### Spyridon Tortopidis — Chief Engineer Motivated, multi-skilled marine engineer with over 15 years' experience on commercial vessels and strong expertise in mechanical systems, diesel engines, hydraulics, generators and shipyard projects. Holds all required STCW certifications and a Chief Engineer license, with experience mentoring junior engineers, troubleshooting technical issues and optimising energy performance. ### Marinos Fakis — Chef Professional chef with over a decade of experience in high-end restaurants, holding a Culinary Arts degree from Le Monde Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies. Specialises in Greek, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with knowledge of German and Asian styles; in his free time he enjoys snorkelling, kayaking, spearfishing and swimming. ### Nikoletta Pazara — Chief Stewardess Dedicated chief stewardess with experience across many luxury motor yachts, recognised with 1st prize at the Tablescaping competition at MEDYS 2023. She is a volunteer in sport lifesaving, has worked safety roles at maritime events, and brings strong organisational and communication skills along with professional barista training. ### Oleksandra (Sasa) Bilanenko — Stewardess Holds a Master of Mechanics Materials Engineering and previously worked as a flight attendant before moving into yachting; known for a pleasant, kind and creative personality that ensures guests a great onboard experience. In her free time she enjoys working out and spending time with family. ### Panagiotis Krounis — Deckhand Experienced and reliable bosun with over 20 years in the maritime industry, skilled in deck operations, maintenance, team coordination and chase boat handling. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team. ### What Happens If I Exceed My APA? Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
