He has captained numerous vessels including M/Y Romantic Star and M/S Queen Eleganza, and is skilled in engine room operations, carpentry and overseeing new-build projects. He is fluent in English and Croatian. ### Nikola Krcatović — Chef Chef Nikola trained and worked in notable Croatian establishments, including Laganini under chef Hrvoje Zirojević, and has experience cooking on luxury yachts. He brings creativity and extensive culinary experience to the yacht and enjoys swimming, water polo, long walks and cycling in his free time. ### Nikolina Arambašić — Chief Stewardess Nikolina has nearly two decades of hospitality experience, recently serving as Second Stewardess on M/Y Stella Maris where she led a team of five stewardesses and managed interior operations to high standards. At the end of your charter, we provide you with a detailed breakdown of all expenditures, and any remaining balance is refunded to you. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team. ### What Happens If I Exceed My APA? Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
