He has worked on numerous ships and in shipyards as a sailor, waiter and electrician, and now helps in his family business designing and maintaining boats. He lived in Ireland, speaks excellent English, and is described as a friendly, cheerful host who enjoys reading, music and travelling. ### Kristina Lovrić — Chef Kristina Lovrić is a chef from Split who developed her interest in cooking during high school and turned it into a professional career. She served as head chef on a yacht for eight years, mastering numerous cuisines and showing a particular love for desserts, and she speaks English. Her goal is to satisfy every guest and to introduce them to the culinary excellence of Croatia. ### Ante Toni Grbavica — Bartender Ante (Toni) Grbavica trained at catering high school and worked as a chef for 20 years before applying his skills as a waiter. At the end of your charter, we provide you with a detailed breakdown of all expenditures, and any remaining balance is refunded to you. If you're unsure about what's included, feel free to contact our team. ### What Happens If I Exceed My APA? Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
