He combines an organized, safety-focused approach with a friendly manner and strong knowledge of the Adriatic’s hidden gems to ensure a high-standard charter experience. ### Dražen Puđa — Chef Dražen is an enthusiastic professional chef with nearly 20 years of experience and extensive restaurant background, working aboard yachts since 2018. He prides himself on using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create memorable menus and delivers service with a positive, smiling attitude. ### Matea Poljski — Stewardess Matea holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education and has experience as a swimming coach for children and students. She joined onboard hospitality in 2018 and brings high energy, a positive attitude and attentive service to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. ### Luka Tomić — Deckhand Luka became a registered skipper in 2017 and moved into his role as a deckhand in January 2024, bringing enthusiasm, reliability and a strong work ethic. Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
