Private bathroom includes a shower enclosure and a standard toilet. ## Crew ### Hasan Atik — Captain Born in Mugla (Köycegiz) in 1986, Hasan began his seafaring career at 18 and progressed through first-mate roles on Canados, Sunseeker and Azimut yachts. He became Captain at 30 and has eight years' experience captaining gulets with extensive cruising knowledge throughout Turkey and the Mediterranean. ### Akın Ünal — Chef Born in Tekirdag in 1994, Akın trained in culinary arts and has worked professionally since 2009 in international 5-star hotels, restaurants and as a culinary instructor. A yacht chef since 2020, he has won international awards (bronze at a gastronomy festival) and received honours at the 2023 TYBA Boat Show; he also teaches yoga and breathwork in his spare time. ### Zeliha Akca — Stewardess Zeliha has a strong hospitality background in luxury hotels as a waitress, yoga instructor and kids club supervisor and transitioned into yachting in 2024. Detail-oriented and guest-focused, she brings professionalism and positive energy to service and speaks fluent English. ### Umut Doğan — Deckhand Born on 23 February 2001, Umut's passion for the sea began at 11 and he attended maritime high school from 2015, graduating in 2019. He has worked on various gulets and motor yachts gaining hands-on experience, enjoys water sports and aims to become a captain. ### Berke Özdemir — Deckhand Born in Marmaris on 07.03.2008, Berke worked as an intern on Double Eagle last season and returns as a deck intern while studying at maritime high school. He is ambitious to become a captain, enjoys water sports, jet skis and fishing, and is committed to gaining sea experience. ### Mehmet Talum — Deckhand Mehmet was born on 15.12.2008 in Adana and is studying in maritime high school (11th grade) while working as an intern on Double Eagle. Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
