He is an experienced sailor and captain who has managed crews, safety operations, compliance, maintenance and delivered five-star yacht programmes for owners and guests. ### Konstantinos Tsakiridis — Chef Konstantinos is a highly skilled chef specializing in Greek, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines with over eight years of culinary experience, including four years in yachting. He is award-recognized (3rd place Emerald category at the 2024 EMMYS), focuses on bold flavours and refined presentation, and is experienced in customized dietary menus and professional culinary qualifications. ### Anastasia Karagianni — Deckhand Anastasia was born in Athens in 1986 and has been around boats since childhood, later combining her background in television production with work aboard yachts. She is hardworking, empathetic and attentive, creating a relaxed atmosphere on board and going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable charter experience. ### Mariola Lekka — Stewardess Mariola is a hardworking and efficient stewardess with strong communication, service skills and critical thinking. Your Captain will inform you in advance when you're approaching the budget limit, and you'll discuss the next steps together. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
