He has sailed over 70,000 Nm with multiple ocean crossings and is a qualified advanced diver who enjoys water sports. Since becoming Captain of SY Cartouche he aims to share his passion and provide high service. ### Denis GUEMENE — Chef Denis is a highly skilled and versatile chef confident in French, Asian and Mediterranean cuisines, with meticulous attention to sourcing and presentation. He worked in restaurants across France, Ireland and Switzerland including Michelin-star establishments before joining yachting in 2017 and has served aboard S/Y Drumbeat and a 40m motor yacht. He enjoys hiking and exploring on motorbikes in his spare time. ### Sitti SIRIPORN (Pla) — Stewardess Pla is originally from North-East Thailand and has a strong hospitality background since 2013, having worked in hotels and restaurants in various guest service and housekeeping roles. She joined yachting in early 2023 and served aboard S/Y Drumbeat, bringing professionalism, a positive attitude and genuine care for guests. ### Enzo MILELLI — Engineer Enzo is a young, passionate officer from Corsica with qualifications including Captain 200 UMS and Chief Engineer 750 kW. He started on passenger shuttles as both engineer and captain and has since refined his skills on sailing catamarans, combining navigation, maintenance and guest hospitality. Sporty and sea-loving, he enjoys wakeboarding, dinghy sailing, foil surfing and fishing. ### Nicolas FLEURET — Captain Relief Captain with 15 years of experience in the yachting industry, including 10 years as a captain. Typically, a bank transfer to top up the funds ensures everything continues smoothly. ### How Much Should I Tip the Crew? In the Mediterranean, the standard practice is to tip 10-15% of your charter fee. This amount is shared equally among the crew. Bringing a thank-you card or a blank envelope is always a thoughtful gesture. ### When Can We Speak to Our Crew? We'll share your Captain's contact details a few weeks before your charter.
